How to use it? Should sugar be brown or regular, powdered or cubes?

olive oil is good for skin. u can use it without mixing it with any thing. suagr is a good exfoliator. take a teaspoon of sugar mix with lil water n massage for 2 minutes gently.I have heard that sugar olive oil is good for the skin
