Cover the oil with cheap kitty litter, salt, or cornstarch to soak up the oil. The scoop it up in to the trashcan. Then use some dish soap and hot water to get the rest of the oil off the floor. You'll need to rinse all of the soap off of the floor.
I heard scrubbing toothpaste over grout/tile also helps clean it. goodluck!
