Does anybody know how to make a lemon olive oil dressing?

I ate at Zio's a while back and ordered thier ';Lemon Chicken Primavera.'; I want to make it at home for my husband tonite, but donot know how to make the light lemon dressing it comes with. Does anybody have any ideas?Does anybody know how to make a lemon olive oil dressing?
Oil and Lemon Dressing





Ingredients


1/4 cup olive oil, extra-virgin


4 tablespoons lemon juice


1/4 teaspoon salt


1 pinch black pepper freshly ground


2 tablespoons parsley leaves fresh, minced





Directions


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and beat well with a fork.








Olive Oil and Lemon Salad Dressing





Ingredients





8 cloves garlic, minced or finely chopped (more if you LOVE garlic)


1/2 tsp of black pepper (more if desired)


2 tsp salt


1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice





Directions


1) Mix all ingredients into a container with secureable lid


2) Tighten lid


3) Shake vigorously until olive oil and lemon juice blend into one, after about 1 minute of shaking.


4) Spread over fresh spinach or any shredded salad greens!











Does anybody know how to make a lemon olive oil dressing?
Sure: 1/2 cup good evoo (olive oil), 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. water, pinch of garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Shake well to blend. Also delicious with fete cheese salad.
