well, i want to gain fat, not muscle. just fat. can drinking olive oil do the trick for me? if so which oil besides olive is the best way to go? thank you.Can i rink olive oil to gain fat?
Olive oil has a very bad flavor by itself---why don't you try coconut oil----tastes much better.
