use Dawn dish detergent, it really cuts oil and grease!A glass olive oil bottle fell and broke on my tile floor, whats the best way to clean it up?
use paper towel to soak up the oil. then very hot water and detergent to mop the floor. you may have to change the water a few times but it all should be ok. Good luck oh but pick up the glass first
I don't think there's an easy solution; mop up as much as possible with paper towels then use soap %26amp; water, followed by Pinesol. Good luck.
dump cat litter on it then sweep it up with a broom and dust pan
paper towel and water Any vinger you have two just add a drop
Cat litter! If you don't have that, flour will do, also bread or bread crumbs works well. :)
Sweep up the glass and carefully get some throw-away rags, wipe up the oil - throw away that rag and then another rag wet with hot water and dish detergent, wipe up the oil. Once that is done, spray the area with 409 (or other grease cutting cleaner) %26amp; wipe with paper towels....
Baby wipes clean everything.
That sucks my son did with a whole pot of oil recently it gets in everywhere, i soaked up as much as i could with old towels and used heaps of hot soapy water over an over again it took a while but was gone eventually. you poor thing.
