I read that olive oil can lower your blood pressure, is this true? And if so how much should you use?

5 tsp of Olive Oil a day,to replace all other fats in your diet. Lo sodium intake is also affective in lowering the blood preasureI read that olive oil can lower your blood pressure, is this true? And if so how much should you use?
Contrary to one of the statements made by one person answering this question, The Royal Free Hospital and School of Medicine found that taking 3/4 of a tablespoon of raw olive oil twice a day in addition to regular diet resulted in less clumping of platelets and less of the arachidonic fatty acid that encourages platelet stickiness. Researchers believed that this was one more piece of evidence to support why the Mediterranean diet produced lower levels of heart disease.I read that olive oil can lower your blood pressure, is this true?
